(June, 1982) This hard-working farmer is digging up a stump in Bladen County, North Carolina. Perhaps he is clearing a field, and smiles suddenly at a deer near a salt lick. As he is left-handed, his left sleeve is rolled up. He is named Enoch because, as a man of the soil, he “walks with God” 365 days of the year.
