Tom Clark Gnome “Franklin”. It is Cairn item #28 Retired Ed #60. This gnome was created by Tom Clark in 1983 and is retired. It is 9 3/4″ H x 7 1/2″ W. The gnome is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
