Tom Clark Gnome “Always” with Certificate of Authenticity. It is Cairn item #5307 Retired Ed #99. This gnome was created by Tom Clark in 1996 and is retired. It is 6 1/2″ H x 3 1/2″ W. The gnome is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
