Norman Rockwell “The Cobbler” Collector Plate

This is a Norman Rockwell fine porcelain collector plate made in 1984. The plate was made by The Norman Rockwell Museum. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It measures 6 ½ inches in diameter and features gold trim.
