This is a Johann Haviland Garland teacup. The cup features a blue floral design on a white background. It has a silver rim and silver accents on the handle. The pattern is Blue Garland. It was made in Thailand by Traditions Fine China for the Johann Haviland China Corp. The cup measures 3″ tall x 3 1/2″ wide. The cup may have a very minor blemish, but does distract from the beauty of the cup. This is a truly elegant find!
