This is a 1982 Arnart Imports Inc hand decorated Japanese serving platter. This beautiful platter has a lovely garden scene with an intricate border around the rim. It is in excellent condition with no chips, or cracks. It measures 12 1/2″ across. This is a great platter to have at home to use or have as decoration.
