Tom Clark Gnome “Scoop” with Certificate of Authenticity. It is Cairn item #5035 Retired Ed #99. This gnome was created by Tom Clark in 1988 and is retired. It is 9″ H x 4 1/4″ W. The gnome is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
